My journey in property

I started by learning about property investment and building my own business, initially specialising in professional HMO accommodation. Alongside running my business, I worked in estate agency and lettings before moving into portfolio management for a local private property developer and investor, overseeing a portfolio of approximately £30 million.

During this time, my own business evolved beyond HMOs into managing standard residential rentals, as well as short-term and serviced accommodation. This combination of hands-on business ownership and professional experience has given me a practical understanding of what it takes to manage properties effectively, protect their value and make them work for their owners.

I practise what I preach

Alongside managing properties for clients, I have built my own portfolio as a landlord and investor.

I have purchased properties, overseen refurbishments and prepared them for letting, with a focus on improving rental income, providing a high standard of accommodation for tenants and increasing property value.

By improving both the quality and performance of my own properties, I have been able to reinvest and grow my portfolio. I understand the decisions landlords face because I make those same decisions myself. I know that a property is more than just a building - it is an investment that needs to work financially while being properly looked after.
